With Hogan Development Survey (HDS), you can find out whether there is a high risk of a person “going off the rails” when it really matters as early as at the time of the recruitment exercise. HDS is also used in development work to find out how a person’s behaviour affects others and to train in minimising the tendencies to go off the rails.
